Progify (“we,” “our,” “us”) publishes the Bellaura Kids Stories mobile application and related services (the “Service”). Protecting children’s privacy is central to our mission. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when families use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Children under 13

We collect only the minimal data required for core operations:

• Device identifier (OS‑generated) for updates & purchases
• Reading progress & chosen character names (stored locally)

We do not collect advertising IDs, location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, email, or other personal identifiers.

2.2 Parents & Guardians

• Name & email (account & support)
• Purchase token (Google Play Billing & Apple StoreKit)

2.3 Diagnostics & Updates

We do not embed analytics or crash SDKs. The app uses Expo Updates solely to deliver code updates.

• Deliver & maintain the Service
• Validate subscriptions
• Respond to parent support
• Comply with legal & financial obligations

Data retained only while account is active. Erased within 30 days after deletion request or subscription lapse. Local progress removed on uninstall.

Hosted on Vercel (EU & US data centers). Transfers governed by Standard Contractual Clauses.

This app is ad‑free.

11. Apple App Store Privacy

In compliance with Apple’s App Privacy requirements:

• Tracking: We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not use IDFA or any advertising SDK.
• Data Linked to You: We collect your device identifier and parent email (see above). None is shared with third parties.
• Data Not Linked to You: Locally stored reading progress and character choices.
• Data Used to Track You: None.

For App Store Connect’s “App Privacy” section, select only these categories and mark “Not shared” where appropriate.

12. Changes to This Policy

We’ll post updates here and update the date. Material changes will trigger in‑app notifications and renewed consent if they affect children.
